From the project “Monferace” our historical Grignolino “Indelebile” has born. As in the days of the Savoia dynasty, at the origins of Grignolino, the wine is aged in wood for a long time, 3 years in oak tonneaux and one year in bottle. The wood softens the tannins making the wine rounder and the hints of rose hip and star anise evolve into more complex notes of orange peel, peach jam and enamel notes
